At the request of one of the leaders among developers on the Poznań market - Nickel Development, we have prepared a concept and a comprehensive set of communication elements for a new investment called "Kamienica Za teatrem". {"Tenement house behind the theater"}
Insight
Due to the proximity to the most important theaters in Poznań and the location in the center of the popular Jeżyce district, the offer addressed to clients looking for housing for investments was communicated with a clear reference to art, sophistication and retro atmosphere reminiscent of Parisian bohemia. Is a good investment not an art?
Main slogan
The image and communication of the Jeżyce tenement house are exclusive materials and activities in partnership with the New Theater, and the whole is covered in the motto: "The art of good investment".

Among the advertisements, major outdoor posters, web banners, event invitations, we have prepared an exclusive catalog for investors. A special quality of uncoated paper was used - the media, apart from visualizations, contain manual engravings of architectural details printed on decals. On the cover, the slogan was embossed with hot-print, and the whole was fastened with perforated bands imitating a theater ticket.

A theatrical poster became part of the branding set. Its style maintained in the climate of the 70s refers to planned investment investment activities. The placard hung on full round advertising columns in the center of Poznań.
