Concept of actions and complex workshop service
Idea Hub is a coworking space offering a whole package of office services, available for bank account holders who run their own businesses. As part of winning tender contract for a concept and service for Idea Hub, we proposed a series of actions and mentoring workshops called “Witaminy Biznesu” (“Vitamins for Business”)
Vitamins for Business
The original idea proposed by a team of established trainers was focused on supplementing managers and accountants with pill-like portions of nutritional knowledge. We took this concept to offer HUB users a practical knowledge training on a very specific topics, neatly packed into just two hours of time.
To autorski pomysł uznanych trenerów, oparty na suplementacji wiedzy dla managerów i sprzedawców w małych, intensywnych porcjach. Przenieśliśmy ten koncept, aby pigułka praktycznej wiedzy na konkretny temat mogła być przekazana w HUB'ie w zaledwie 2 godziny.
In terms of service we were also responsible for organising a series of networking breakfasts called “Wake up in the HUB” (“Pobudka w Hubie”). These morning meet-ups were our answer to small-business owners’ need for networking and building new connections.
PR & promo
Service for Idea Hub also entailed managing media relations and designing a place promotion campaign by undertaking various marketing actions, with particular focus on social media.
